With county fairs across the nation being canceled due to Covid-19, many of us will miss the annual tradition of riding rides, exploring exhibits, and enjoying crazy fun fair foods. It occurred to me, however, that the cancellation of these events doesn't mean we can't still enjoy some of the fair traditions, specifically the hoards of delicious junk food! I've spend weeks building, experimenting, and writing recipes for all of our fair favorites! From corn dogs to candy apples, you can find vegan and allergen free versions here to (safely) enjoy with family, friends, or whoever you're spending quarantine with!
